I am moving to Singapore at the end of July. I have started looking for an apartment with an Agent whom has been advised by my employer. I am after some "insider" knowledge into the areas and condo blocks I am considering.
We are looking at condos in walking distance of the northern end of the north east MRT line, and I have seen properties I like in Sengkang and Punggol. Namely "La Fiesta" and "Watertown". We have narrowed down to these due to space/view/space and commute to work.
Anyone able to give me any specific advice regarding the area and those condos?
