I am looking at relocating to singapore and having discussions. The company is offering to take cost of living into account. Would a salary of S$20k per month be sufficient to live on for a family of 4 ?

My budget for the cost of living is as follows :-
1) Housing/rent - $4k per month - Apartment - 3 to 4 Beds in the East Coast
2) School fees - $1k per month - 1 child to knindergarten
3) Car - $2500 per month - Small car
