cracked heals

Post by Guest » Fri, 25 Feb 2005 11:32 pm

I have dry cracked heals. and feet callouses.I sometimes use a japanese sponge like block to scrub it. But the hardness keeps coming back. Is there any way of getting rid of it completely?

What products have you used that worked miracles? Would birkenstock type shoes make a difference to the health of my heel? Thanks.

Pedicure

A regular pedicure might help to smoothen those rough edges on the feet. Use a feet moisturing cream before you sleep at night, they can be purchased easily at Watson's or Body Shop.

You might want to change the brand of shoes as well.

Cracked heels or hard callous! I had them before but not anymore. Went to this outlet in Specialists' Shopping Centre on the fifth floor called the Nail Bar and they did a winderful job.

Seeing and trying it the first time is beliving it. No regrets. Professional and sound advices from the pedicurist and a friendly environment.

Smoothie  :)

Hi, Do they use a blade to scrap off the hard skin? Just concerned if the re-growth will get even harder.
