I lived in Singapore in 1991, as a student of ISS, I am currently applying for Australian citizenship and require a COC from SPF, I can not find my FIN, SPF told me they cant help to contact either school, MOM or ICA, School does not keep any records past 5 years
ICA and MOM have no online contact details other then FAQ which are not helpful, or an online form where I need my FIN to even ask a question...
My parents no longer have it and in my passport I have a stamp which is a dependant pass, and a student pass, there are some numbers scribbled on there, but none match the FIN format
Has anyone recently done this and can be of help?

No one seems to have an answer for this.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

I left my job SG in year 2000.
I called IRAS and provided my Malaysian IC and got my FIN no.
You should just try calling them.

Thank you very much, I have since posting this had a singapore local contact immigration to try and retrieve the number, and was told that due to the amount of time that has passed since living there, my number no longer exists. But will try those emails if Australia still needs me to keep trying.

Yes I have had success, Singapore police have
helped me and I have my coc.
I contacted ICA telling them I had exhausted all my
Options to retrieve Fin. They replied, and ccd Singapore
Police.
Police who I had contacted previously, got back to me
And helped me sort it out.

I recommend Muddle DOES NOT POST the email address. It will lead to spam and then the email address will disappear. Do your own research Maria. (i.e. RING ICA AND BLOODY WELL ASK THEM YOU MORON)

How can I retrieve a deleted whatsapp thread? I tried locating ways to undo it, but seems like I can't..?
