Nationality: Indian
Time of stay: In Singapore since mid 2013; about 5 years now (4 years uni + ~1 year job)
University: NTU/NUS
Job Industry: Financial Services
Salary: 6k

Have I got any chances at all to get granted a PR should I apply now?

Please try after 2-3 years. By that time you would have finished completing your Service Obligation too..
