PR application - What can I do to improve my profile?

Hi all,

I am planning to submit my PR application in the near future but I am not in a hurry so I would like to hear from the experienced about how I could increase my chance and what aspects of my profile can be improved?

Here is my profile:

Nationality/race: Vietnamese
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Marital status: Single (Please don't suggest me to find and marry a Singaporean as I have other commitment)
Period of residence: 8 years
Education: B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from NTU.
Working experience: 4 years with 4 NOAs but only had to pay tax for 3 of them and being with the current company (R&D dept, life science industry) for 3 years.
Annual income: 62k
Other information: I have about 50+ hrs of volunteer work for Red Cross in the most recent 3 years, not something to be significant but I am still doing it.
