Hi All. My Spass renewing status is still pending until today. And my pass is expired last Sunday. Can I still work in the same company that I apply spass?

Ask your employer to ask for a temporary pass for you. You cannot work in the same company till you get the temporary pass or the actual S Pass itself

Thanks singaporeflyer for your answer. How long will it be? I mean the duration of the pass ? Is it one month? Is it fixed for such kind of case or case by case basis? Am I under STVP automatically or only when my employer apply for me?

Case by Case basis and issued by MOM

I had same case as you last time.. What my employer did was to ask MOM for a piece of letter stating that your renewal still pending so if u go to any places requires u to change pass. U just show that letter will do
