We have been interviewing several transfer maids lately and noticed all of them having some kind of complication such as dispute with current employer (abusive employer, disagreement with employer) or seeking a higher salary.
We are having a hard time finding one with a bonafide departure of an expat family - it seems these ones get snatched up quick through personal or private forum referral.
We are willing to pay fair market rates.
Any advice on transfer maids typically coming with more baggage than what it’s worth?
