Hello,
I am from Europe, my girlfriend is Malaysian and Singapore PR. I have an international driving license. Her uncle lend us his car, registered in Malaysia. Am I allowed to drive that car from Malaysia into Singapore?
Thanks
Good catch.PNGMK wrote:You can, she cannot.
Also there's no such thing as an international driving licence. It's called an international driving permit and is nothing more than a multi lingual certification of your actual drivers licence. You must have both on you if asked by a traffic cop. A lot of people lose their driving licence and think they can getaway with just using the permit but cannot.ribenzo wrote:Yeah, indeed she can't, 500$ fine for that
