Re-apply LTVP after S Pass cancelled

Post by SGDinho » Sat, 31 Mar 2018 11:44 am

Dear All,

I would like to know if my common law spouse is eligible for applying Long-term visit again after she quits from her current job.

Last time, she held LTVP (valid 1 year sponsored by me -EP pass- and my company) but after that, she cancelled it as she found a job and get a S Pass.

Now she is about to leave her job (probation period not confirmed) and is looking for a new one. While looking, can she apply for LTVP again to stay longer here and look for a new job in Singapore ?

Some of my friends said there is one-time application means she cannot apply LTVP again.

Thanks a lot.

Yes in my opinion she can apply successfully again
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
