LTVP expired, any issues in re-applying?

Hi,

My parent was under LTVP while I have a PR status expiring in 2019. Her LTVP expired last year and she has been under tourist visa (short term visa) since. I am planning to re-apply for her. I guess the procedure to re-apply is just to go online and apply again. In addition, I left work since 2 years ago, taking a long break.

Will there be any problems when re-applying for her LTVP?

showing support part - is that a written criteria under the application?

I called the hotline https://www.ica.gov.sg/contactus, number 6391 6100 but it is automated line so there is no officer that I can speak to.

Is there a way to find out from them if there will be any issues in the application before I apply?
