Hi all,
I am currently in talk with one of start up pharma/biotech through recruiting agent. Still early into discussion with the company but would like to get some ideas about salary range I should be negotiating.
I have PhD (specializing immune oncology) with just over 8 years of experience (including PhD). The role is a hybrid of clinical research operation / medical affairs and requires me to travel initially to Australia and mostly likely to Japan as well. It will require me to sit and talk with clinicians to communicate about therapeutic product (represented by the company) and also initiate clinical trials.
I am planning to move with my wife and a daughter and looking at a ball park figure per month.
My expectation is around 11000 -13000 per month but does any one have similar role and know people with similar role and if so could you please tell me what salary range is widely accepted?
Thank you for taking time to read my Qs.
