Do I need to open a bank account in Singapore, how do I bring the money over? Usually you guys do it by Cash or bank transfer. Also are there forms for me to fill up to bring so much money to Singapore?

What's your residency status in Singapore? Generally only residents of Singapore can open an account here. However you could buy without a bank account by transferring the money in. However are you planning to try to get a mortgage in Singapore? If so, you may need income in Singapore.
