Megan Braks wrote:Hello, I am an S-pass holder last 2016 but due to personal problems need to take care of back home, I resigned and my pass was cancelled. I tried to find opportunities again this year and luckily I got a job offer just this August. I am happy that I have constant communication with my employer. Just today they updated me about their exciting upcoming projects. However, it had been 25 days now since they said they applied for my employment pass. I tried twice to be straightforward with them and ask about it but they never answered. All we talk about is work.
Since I can still remember my old s-pass details, I use it to log in with MOM online portal to check my application. Unfortunately, all it shows are the details of my old pass which is cancelled, no pending new application, whatsoever.
I wonder what is wrong and I am starting to feel anxious. Hoping to hear some of your opinion. Thank you guys.
May be your employer never applied for the Pass? You can ask them on what date they had applied and based on that you can check in EPOL

Hello all,
I've been reading these posts whilst waiting for my EP. My information is correct as of October 2018.
The company applied for EP 27/09/18. I could check the status from EP Online; to get my FIN I simply entered my passport number and name>>next, then entered my passport number on the 2nd page and >> submit. This will give you your FIN. My status was pending on the 28/09/18 and in the system.
EP Approved 04/10/18.
Background - 12 years relevant Capital Markets exp
British born and worked in HK, Sydney
Salary <15
No degree.
From the experiences, I have read about, I think the company reputation needs to be strong as well as your salary.

It sucks when you don't mature automatically on given dates doesn't it.

Hi,
My epass application was submitted by HR via isubmit on Nov 22, 2018. I was able to check my EP status online and the date of application indicated was Dec 10, 2018. Does it mean that my processing time will start Dec 10 and not Nov 22?
TIA!

EPass Application should be submitted via EPONline and not via iSubmit. Date of Application is the date it was submitted into the System. Check with your HR on when they actually submitted it. Was it done online?

Thanks for your reply.
When Ive asked HR why my date of application is Dec 10 and not Nov 22, HR insisted that they submitted my EP online via Isubmit on Nov 22 and that the time MOM process my application is beyond their control.
I will just take Dec 10 as the date of my application and will count my processing time from that date.
Thanks!

iSubmit is for submission of additional docs, requests, etc....in relation to your EP application done via EPOnline. You don't submit an application via iSubmit.
