Unfurnished condo

Hi all,

I recently accepted a Job offer and will be relocating to Singapore next month. I've done some research on property rental (mainly on ..com.sg) and noticed most of the condos are rented with fully furnished. Unfortunately with my case I had to relocate with my own furnitures. How easy it is to rent unfurnished property - only with whiteware?

There are unfurnished condos or even partially furnished. It is possible. But the difference in rent is not a lot.
