i always go to Breko, they serve good food at reasonable price n the servings is huge! And ano thing is they have all day long promotion for Beers"2 for $10" the whole day. Normally i go with a friend, we will order a main course, 6 bottles of beers and a desert would only cause us like less than $45.00.

Have no idea of the appeal. Generic food, sterile decoration, no vibe. And yet, the one at HV is always filled with local teenagers (it's right opposite Wala Wala). Maybe it's really cheap or something?
