EP Application with Refugee Travel Document

Hi all,

Thanks for all the contributions and information helping a lot.

I have an interesting case. I am a refugee in Germany and I have German Refugee Travel Document. I still hold my home country's passport however my country will not renew it when it expires next year.

I had a job offer from Singapore and German authorities allow me to work outside of Germany. Can I use my Refugee Travel Document for EP application? Is it a valid travel document accepted by Singapore authorities?
