Agreed. For the peanut gallery who are shrugging and saying "so what" - what this means is that you will have a bare minimum floor for medical leave, vacation leave, working hours etc that you do NOT need to negotiate for in a contract, it's guaranteed by the act. That stops a lot of the shenanigans that people here come and complain about when they discover they are required to work 100 hours a week with no leave or redundancy because they signed a bad contract.sundaymorningstaple wrote:YeSSSS!!!!
