I have been Following this post for sometime. Still Unsure if I will get PR or not

I Have been working in Singapore since 2012 in IT and following is my Profile

Race & Citizenship: Indian
Gender: Male
Age: 32
Salary: 100k/annum
Applied for PR on : 15 Nov 2018
Status: Still Pending
I applied for PR in 2016 as well but got rejected within 3 months.

not sure how good are my chances.
Are you single? If yes, chances are not good at all. No roots. You could move back to India tomorrow. Or Australia. Or anywhere else. Maybe not you, but historically, single people are less likely to stay.
Yes , I am Single. yeah , I thought of it as well . but I hope for the best . Thanks for your response.
I'll Update on my PR status .
It is quite surprising and funny, when I realize how permanent residency in sg can tempt people to apply for pr when the initial intention for those people was only to work for a few years in sg and go back. :D

I already have a IPA form and will be joining the company in Singapore on 23rd july. Also I have checked the tool and my college is listed there

I am considering to reant a govt HDB flay around 800 and other expenses to be around 900 SG$. which will sum upto around S$1.6k to S$2k.

If am good in my calculations then i would save upto S$ 1.5 k to S$2K.
If am wrong then kindly suggest

I want to work only for short term period i.e.for 1 -2 yr only.

so am counting for overseas experience
