S pass approval

Hi. My boss said to me dont come to sg untill the application apply & approved cause s pass dose not approve while candidate is living in sg.

is it true ??

(I have also another company interview in sg. So i can not wait and trust him.

You are welcome to come to Singapore on a visitor visa as long as you meet the requirements for your home country... example: If you are from India, you must apply for your visa before leaving India for Singapore and get it approved.

Your boss is either not being honest or he is concerned that it may take a long time to get an S-Pass... or maybe not at all... and he doesn't want you wasting money to fly to Singapore when you may not get the job.
