I recommend vegan diet. You can lower your blood cholesterol with lesser oil and animal fats and at the same time boost your immune.

You are a dreamer. running, long walks or climbing stairs is NOT good for losing weight without changing your diet. Additionally, if, as the OP indicated, they are very fat they could even do more damage than they are already doing by the weight to their knees and feet joints. Impact exercises multiplies the impact on those joints by many multiples and could lead to permanent damage to the joints as well as possibly giving the person a cardiac arrest if they are too heavy. What you suggest is good to toning up the muscles and staying fit and should not be used to try to lose weight. A balanced low-carb diet will get you right faster than any other way and once you have lost the weight then go for fitness, toning up the muscles, etc.

i know it sounds ridiculous in this heat... but personally i find FIR sauna helps. It helps one break into like a major perspiration, which i understand that it helps burn fats & optimize fat burning. It has helped me maintain my weight... so. Hope this helps...

I am into Paleo diet. It helped me initially, but i am facing challenge in sticking to it.

not easy to do paleo cos modern foods are not suitable.

Exercise is 20% of the equation.
Diet is 80%.

Exercise without the correct diet won't get you particularly good results.

Simply eating less won't work either. You have to eat the right foods at the right quantities with the right exercise.
