Baby's LTVP pending for 12 weeks

Hi,
We applied LTVP for my baby and it's pending for 12 weeks. Is this normal?
Hv tried to call ICA but they only advised us to extend short term visit pass.
We are both PR and just bought a house here. Our baby was also born here.
We tried to extend short term visit pass for 89 days but they only grant us 30 days.
Please help..

How are we supposed to help? Stop panicking. Nothing you can do but wait and follow instructions. Baby LTVP is pretty normal to get.
