At least one every other month is created and they all fail as usually they get bombarded by a single ethnic group instead of a fair mixing of ethnicities. It's sad as there used to be a long lasting group "FNDC" that ran successfully for a fair number of years until the untimely demise of the founder/organizer. I think it was recently tried to be recreated by one of the original members. You might do a search for FNDC or Friday Night Drinking Club.
