Looking for Mobile Broadband Unlimited 4G

I am looking for a mobile broadband unlimited . Recently I have signed up a cable broadband from STARHUB but unfortunately my rental house does not has the telephone cod to plug in. I am disappointed by my careless. I am planning after three months I have to terminate the contract. Is there any broadband can be used in laptop and mobile with unlimited? I have signed a unlimited mobile broadband contract 10 years ago with STARHUB & now I am still using it. Now it is under 3G network which is not fast enough but still good enough for surfing. Please advice..
