Spass pending for more than 3 weeks

hello guys! i have signed a contract with a recruitment company and was supposed to start working on 12.02. they have applied for my spass on 17.01 and until now i have no news from mom regarding my work permit. my issue is that my tourist visa is expiring soon, so i am not too sure what should i do in this case. thank you!

Are you going to be a contract worker as opposed to a full time hire? Are you going to be rented out to another company instead of working exclusively for the company that hired you. If either of the answers to these questions is yes, you may be in for a long, long wait.

What kind of "recruitment company" is supposed to be getting your work pass?

hello! i am supposed to start working as a recruitment consultant trainee full time with salary structure basic+ commission. that is why i assume that recruitment companies should know what they are doing and how to apply for an spass. however, i am becoming paranoid because of the fact that it has been more than 3 weeks now, and i still do not have any spass yet. thanks!

Could take up to three months. When you get to 85 days, THEN start worrying
