I have secured a job in Singapore, currently waiting for my company to apply for my S-pass.
However, I am concerned that the pass would be rejected because the very last time I entered Singapore, I was being told by the IO that I could only stay for a period of 3 days and for me to be able to return, I should avoid coming back for 1 month. I came to realise that this was so because I've been staying in Singapore with my sister for about 2 months (without overstay, on 30-days tourist visa). In between, I did return to Malaysia for about 5 days to a week.
I am wondering if this is marked as 'refused or prohibited entry', and will this affect the chances of my work pass being approved? If *cross fingers* my work pass is approved, will I be able to come back within a month with IPA documents?
Thanks in advance
