Room Needed for Rent 1 month or More

Hello hope someone can help,
Looking for master room for a month, I may need to extend but at the moment for one month.
Budget up to 1200$, area I would prefer the east Bedok, Katong dont mind CBD.
Seems like airbnb and all the rest have this 3 month policy which is ridiculous especially considering the hotel prices.
I have been staying at friends house but just need my own place for a month.
Professional 35 male, clean tidy, discrete and easy going.
