Oh, I got my PR last year on first try as well, after 9 months on the job in SG, still got it quite quickly in 4.5 months after application submitted.
Yeah there are 98 others that we still dont know, but you dont know either from that 98, maybe even half also did the same thing and succeed? They are not just considering PR from one factor only you know, and I believe this is not the most significant, and as mentioned there is a newer rule now
