Hi guys!
First time posting here cause just encountered a problem with the ICA's Online PR submission. So, I'm currently helping my GF to apply for a student PR using this link (https://erep.ica.gov.sg/epr/index.xhtml). However, upon submission, the system had an error which kinda forced me to log out. Upon attempting to log back in, the system repeatedly rejects the same ID no. and Date of Issue I have used for the previous logins. The main problem is that the online registration states that the form MUST be completed by 48 hours upon starting the EPR (Electronic PR) and today will be Sunday, and the subsequent day will be new years. So, the entire ICA wouldn't be contactable the next 48 hours to solve the issue.
My questions are:
1) Does ICA only accept PR students only within a certain time slot? because my GF has stated that this is a new PR system and she is afraid that it is a limited time thing.
2) Are there any possible ways to contact ICA during Sundays and Public hols? I have already contacted them through facebook and email but I feel like the response wouldn't be as quick as a phone call.
3) The most important question is if it's possible to redo the EPR form after the 48 hours.
This means alot for my GF as her current school fees are 6+k per sem. With the new PR identity, she will paying almost 3 times less (2.6k per sem) and she will be able to get more part-time jobs to feed her family too. Any response that can help me will be greatly appreciated!
Lastly, Happy new years!
Cheers
