PR Application Chances

Post by anonymous123 » Tue, 19 Dec 2017 2:17 pm

I(Indian, female) have been enrolled as a Ph.D. student at NTU for the past 3.5 years.
Recently ( < 1 month) got married to a Singapore PR.

What are the chances of my PR getting approved if I apply now? I read on this forum that it is usually better to apply after 1 year of ROM. But since I have already been on student pass for a while, would it make a difference?

Applying as wife , on your own merit?

If you don't apply , chances are zero , if you apply you have some chance :)

With regards marriage it better to 2 yrs+ , many local fellas been part of sham marriages with the sole goal of partner to get PR.
Life is short, paddle harder!!

I would have to apply as a wife, since I am still on student pass.

Thanks for the reply though!
