Hi - I am hiring a FDW directly from the Philippines.
We have the in-principle approval letter and I will sort out insurance, giro etc today so the Singapore side of things is covered.
Question is: what additional documents does she need to satisfy the Filipino authorities that she can leave the Philippines. In particular, does she really need an Invitation Letter and the Philippines Embassy standard employment contract (on top of an employment contract that we have already signed). Does she need a return flight too? Anything else?
Thanks
