EP Application before graudate

Hello guys I seriously need ur advises about my case

I am currently a postgraduate student from NUS who signed the Service Obligation bond to serve 3 years in Singapore.
My program is going to end on 2nd of Febaruary and currently in my internship program.
According to my program structure, we have 7 months in school and 5 months in internship. For the school part, I passed the exams with good GPA already and the only thing need to graduate is my
internship feedbacks from my company.

During the internship, my company satisfy my performance and they gave the permanent position offer for me. Since they already gave job offer , it is sure that they will provide good feedbacks to make sure I will get pass the program.

Last week, my company encourage to apply the Employment Pass and suggest me not to wait until I finish the program since it is 100% sure I will get pass.

So HR applied Employment Pass for me but they cannot put my current NUS qualification since MOM's online application cannot accept the future graduation date.
So they only put my Bachelor degree. Can it affect my pass application result? Now it is 8 days (6 working days) already and still pending.

FYI, My pay is above 3.6k(EP requirement ) and I don't have any work experience before.

I provided the bond document with MOE to my company but I am not sure they attached it to my application or not.

In MOE website, I found the information that MOE can help me to check the pass application to MOM. Should I contact MOE guys?

Since my bond is related to my current program and haven't graduated yet, Can Mom reject my Pass because of that?

Thanks for updating.Can yo tell how long it took or appliccation date.
I have applied on 30th Nov with 18yrs or exp and 18k+ month salary (currently in US - almost 13 years) my degree is not from a great college in India. Still in pending what are chances of approval
