Need Clarification about family presence while submitting PR docs.

Hi

I have PR appointment on 12th Dec and I applied for my family as well. My family will not be in Singapore on 12th dec. so want to confirm , is it compulsory to have family while submitting the documents. This will be the 2nd attempt to apply PR.

I am new to the forum so not sure if same query already been addressed in the past.

Your advises will be highly appreciated.
