SC-Foreigner LTVP 12 weeks receiving attention?

Applied ltvp under spouse (I’m Singaporean) about 12 weeks ago. We didn’t do Pre marriage ltvp as we already got married overseas but we attended all Marriage preparation & support courses. Is it too long or is it normal to wait this long without LLE?
