If you sue your employer in Singapore, what are the risks/costs associated if the employee loses? Thanks for any advice.

Full costs of court time, the opposing parties lawyers (who will inflate their bill) and your own legal costs plus some bond that has to be posted. Min $5k in simple cases and $5MM in complex cases. Make sure you get a truly honest opinion on your chances of winning. If you can force a settlement prior to court that's best (no costs).
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
