My salary falls outside of the MOM criteria. I guess I am a bit in shock that what I thought was a contract is not worth the paper it is written on!!

I am scheduling an appointment with an experienced contract lawyer to see what they have to say.

I suspect he'll write to them to put a claim for some additional benefits (redundancy, assistance with moving home or job search) and they'll counter offer or ignore.
