Company details of employment in SG citizenship application

Hi,

There are a couple of questions in Annex of SG citizenship application

May i know these are valid only for Self-employed applicants or for everyone?

1) Company’s paid up capital
2) Annual turnover of latest 3 years
3) Company existing staff strength
4) No. of staff under supervision

I do not have these information as the company i work in is private

For my application, I got this info from our HR and submitted it. Our HR department is used to employees who go for SC application and has readied this info for our use. But we are a public company. I am not sure how it is with private companies.
