Form requesting family details for both self and spouse

Hi friends, received a post from ICA asking to submit details of immediate family members of self and wife. The form asks for names and DOB's, relationships, employed from and to, employers name and address, designation, rank and duties. All looks good, except for the column rank ... i am not sure what to fill in there. Brother is working as Finance Manager ... what rank do i put in for him .. Sister too works as account executive... what shall be her rank ...Need help to understand this rank column....
