Why are you so surprised? Such pills do exist and it is the real way to return or to "find" orgasms, and tutuscha is right advising to use Sentia.

When reading a few of the local advices and suggestions here in their favourite sms lingo, I again understand why the frequency of sex in this country is among the lowest in the entire world.

I second that. You should never rush it. Most important thing is to stay relax, regardless of how hard (no pun intended) it may be. I think a little alcohol helps you get through it :D .

It is very important to stay RELAX.
