hi ,
our Singapore PR replication got rejected recently . We work and live in kl after living in Singapore for 6 years .
since our PR got rejected we decided to withdrawal our cpf , but it says we cannot withdraw if we are in west Malaysia. Does tht apply to only Singaporeans and Malaysian or foreigners also ? pls help.

Who told you that you have CPF?

Hi
No out permanent residency was rejected when we applied for renewal . We never surrendered our PR , since we were not sure tht we wouldn’t want to move back to Singapore .

If you leave Singapore, you can get back your CPF
The west Malaysia rule only applies to Malaysians

Did you manage to do your CPF withdrawal application from KL ?
Guys does the west malaysia rule apply only to Singapore citizens or ALL PR's as well
