This is your problem: Single, Indian male, on SPass. Salary too low for five years experience, need to be an EP. No roots as a single man, you could disappear tomorrow if the price was right, no staying power like a family might provide. And you are not the flavor of the month... Singapore seems to have decided that others would make better PR's. Your countrymen have not helped your situation.

Get more experience.
Get higher pay
Find a better job
Get more qualification (in line with the above ..
Get married
Get married to a Singaporean, if you family won't kill you
Pray
Break 108 coconuts
Look for another country
Stop applying !

For personal satisfaction:
Donate blood
Donate time / Volunteer here and there.
Adopt a senior citizen in Red Cross / CLARE

Least recommended
Volunteer for recognition
Be Hyper active in community programs till people hate you :D
Collect certificates of this and that ..
Donate for Bone Marrow (nothing against nothing but a lot of BM donations are turning out to be not palatable)

When they say either of the way, just choose 1. Don't think too much about this.
