S Pass processing time

Hi everyone!

I got a job in Singapore and was applied fpr an S Pass by my employer last Oct. 11. But until now it's still pending. I know It's up to 3 weeks now since that the process was lengthened by the MOM. But my frnd got approved today just 10 days after his S Pass was applied for. Does it take that long if it's my first job in Singapore? Please answer if you'll see this. thank you.

I thought by online you can see whether it’s approved by one day
