LTVP vs LTVP+

Hello,

My wife is a SC and I have a LTVP pass. Renewed it 2 times not but they are only giving 1 year validity..

I understand LTVP to LTVP+ is an automated process, any other way to appeal? like submit a letter or something?

Any thoughts?

When you are married for 3 years Plus is sort of given

Less than that, you can request during renewal

Don't knows if there's an appeal process

Maybe MP letter?
