Where to live in Singapore

Post by AcademicTH » Mon, 23 Oct 2017 12:02 pm

I am in the final stages of a recruitment process for a position in Singapore. My son is likely to attend the Australian International School. Where is the most common area to live with my sons schooling

Depends if you want to live near the school or somewhere else that might suit your needs and lifestyle more. Best read up on what all the districts have to offer. AIS has a school bus that's door to door pickup and drop off....at a cost. I wouldn't live too far but you don't have to be too close either coz you have the school bus option.

AIS is located at Lorong Chuan, nearby with Lorong Chuan mrt(subway/metro) station. Adjacent to the street is Serangoon Avenue 3. There's quite a few condominiums located along that particular street where lots of Australian are staying.
