Citizenship rejected

Hi, we r PRs here for more than 12yrs. My husband has his own company for the past 10yrs. He always had a staff of more than 10 people. I have done my masters. Have two kids one son and daughter. Both above 10yrs old. We have purchased a hdb 2 yrs back.

We applied for citizenship in feb and recd a reply last week that it got rejected. We r Indians. Every1 said tht ours was a strong case n wud definitely be successful.....dont know wht went wrong. Need help ..... wht shld we do next?

Remain on PR, stay longer and then apply again?

How much does your husband's company make per year, his educational qualifications, how old are both of you, are your kid's PR too? matters.
