how to get fat
hello:
i am a chinese girl and i think i am too skinny. i am about 1.69m and only around 51kg. i tried to eat more and eat more meals everyday and it turned out that some of the weight i gained is from my tummy. i want to gain more weight especailly on my upper body such as arm. anyone has any good suggestions?? or maybe i should exercise more??

Maybe your metabolism goes too fast just like my, that's why its didn't asurb anything. But frankly speaking you really sounds ok to me. If you really wants to grow fat, perharps you should exercise and eat more(eat healty food)(Hope I am right) If not, you'll turn skinner. I am a good example, that's why I looks like a bamboo now.

Weight training should help you to get your muscles toned and you should put on some weight after that.

unfortunately there's no way of controlling where the fat goes and comes off first. i think you mean you want to gain lean body mass and not fat on your upper body right? -eat more than you're burning and do heavy weight training for the entire body, as well as about 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week to lose bodyfat or minimise fat gain.i tried to eat more and eat more meals everyday and it turned out that some of the weight i gained is from my tummy. i want to gain more weight especailly on my upper body such as arm.
there is no such thing as toning. to achieve that 'defined' look, your bodyfat has to drop and your muscles have to grow bigger, which is the only way they grow.
there's also a supplement called overdrive that can help your muscles to recover from exercise, so that when u work out, u won;t get skinnier and lose bulk instead gain more definition in the muscles
