unfortunately there's no way of controlling where the fat goes and comes off first. i think you mean you want to gain lean body mass and not fat on your upper body right? -eat more than you're burning and do heavy weight training for the entire body, as well as about 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week to lose bodyfat or minimise fat gain.i tried to eat more and eat more meals everyday and it turned out that some of the weight i gained is from my tummy. i want to gain more weight especailly on my upper body such as arm.
