If I am going to purchase an MP3 player, is it also ok if i request them to load the songs that i want? like im going to bring my cd's and ask them to load it for me? or there is an additional charge? or this is not possible?

Wow, the chances are you will be rejected. You can't expect them to install all MP3 players software in their PC just to standby for music transfer. I think it is illegal to rip music in shops. It is better to do it in home.
