I wonder why recently PR application pending time are getting longer ?
Could it be ICA is still considering and put it in waiting list ?
Any idea?

Reasons may be more vetting, more backlog of applications, want to see if the applicants can really be patient and serious?

Anyway compared to PR of other countries, Singapore PR is considered to be fast.

And more and more fake certificates, fabricated experience = longer processing time.

Compare how long EP processing is taking for some folks, 4 days vs 3 months for some
