EP Application - Latin Honors & Oracle Certification

Hello,

Are there any sections where you can put that you graduated with latin honors during college (summa/magna/cum laude)? I studied in the Philippines.

Also I have a professional certificate relevant to my career, OCPJP7 (Oracle Certified Professional - Java Programmer 7), I'm also not seeing where I can put it when I'm trying the MOM SAT online?

Also, do MOM pays attention to certificates like the one mentioned-above?

All those fancy bamboozle titles have zero value outside your country.

It's just to make you feel good.
