Sorry my dear, what i mean is to correct the pupil position in your eye is not possible ^^
jamie82 wrote:Oh thanks for the quick reply. What do you mean by "acuve"
Jang wrote:Hi Jamie82,

Dr Kim his speciality is in Secondary Eyelids & Nose Surgery.

If you wants to lower your crease it possible but to correct you acuve is not possible.

This is juz my opinion but if you want to know u can send in your picture for assess to my e-mail, and I'll help u to asked Dr Kim for advise.

Here's my e-mail : eliza74elaine@hotmail.com
jamie82 wrote:Jang: Very nice results! I like the korean style of eyes alot! Thanks for posting :)

I'm wondering if Dr. Kim is skilful in revision surgery from work done by previous docs?

I had my eyes done with one of the more prominent PS's in Singapore (MH) but though people often comment positively on my eyes - I still feel conscious since the results are not perfect, keep thinking I look "pajiao" sometimes.

I must say MH is great but I think the aesthetics from korean docs seem different from what I see.

Anyway, as you can see, the eye on the left of picture (my right eye) has too much "eye white" and with the same eye a little too big. I don't know if Dr. Jung can lower the lid?

I think my creases are also too deep :(

What do you think Jang?

The below pictures is contributed by her on her before & after surgery, and what she did is :
~Double Eyelid Surgery to higher the fold abit
~Levator Muscle Correction to brighten the eyes (Dolly Eyes)
~Nose Surgery on Alar Reduction: Procedure on resection of some tissues of soft tissue & alar cartilage.
Hi Jang,

I would like to find out what kind of incision did Dr Kim do for the girls blepharoplasty and if he gave the girls any tips to get rid of the swelling. Their eyes look incredibly natural and swelling free at 17th day.
Hi feline,

They have full incision double eyelid procedure and during the recovery state the will follow what i tell them to do before they return to Singapore.

And also they also get the correct surgery procedures on their eyes, that's why most of my buddies when they return they eyes looks quite ok, not so swell ^^

I am thinking to do this in Aug/sept..

anyone doing or have comments on the above mentioned dotors?

Also anyone know the cost?

i am more keen on using cartlage.

Silicone is nono as i find it too hard

Gortex i am hearing mix reviews...

supposedly soft and firm they appear natural but i hear since its abosorbs to our tissue, it can be difficult to remove?

what are your thoughts?
Actually I am re considering silicon over goretex. At least when anything does goes wrong post surgery, at least can still be taken out easily. What do you mean silicon is hard?

Dr.Jung for a normal rhinoplasty is US$ 4,000. and Revision US$ 5,000.
It may differ though depends on each person's case, but you can roughly estimate the cost.
Hi, Your price may be wrong..

If u let him do Rhino for the 1st time, it is usd4,000 however if u let him do after a botched job by other doc is usd5,000.

If after done by him and u need revision, it is free.. u just need to pay for the medicine if i not wrong.

If you need to do rib implant, he charges usd5000. better charge with him on his latest price.

i for one do not prefer foreign object.

From what i know there is only a few option to enhance a nose.

Silicone, Gortex

Ear Cartilage, Rib Cartilage, Donors Cartlage?

For Donor cartilib cage and rib cartilage i am not familar.

Anyone knows the drawbacks of these? and can anyone use them?

Why do people not go for these procedures and opt for silicone? Is it due to sutability? or cost?

I am looking for the best option and no cost cannot be an issue.

Does Dr Kim offer Rib/Donor cartilage as well?

Who do you guys vote for Rhinoplasty'?

OVERALL View of PS
1. Rhino
I prefer to use 100% autologous for FASTER healing (mine was like 3 times diff between foreign and autologuous) and no issue of rejection.

(A member who never go for Rhino tried to scared me abt warping beyond 3 mths but there is no empirical evidence for warping beyond 3 mths. ) Post-op 7over months, I am very safe on warping risk. hoho!

Anyway, the bridge feels juz like my pld bridge. Except more prominent and all. No regrets to remove the Goretex. It is a nicer looking nose (not perfect looking but good enuf for me) and a more sturdy one. I will do minor revision to the alar to cover more but there is no more fear of future rejection.

My advice: go for 100% autologuous. Take the pain and hassle today with less fear for tomoro.

(Tday I rcvd an sms from a fren who need to make her 3rd revision on silicon. She had Goretex and then silicon implants. poor thing. This was what made me write this post despite crazy work schedule!)

Scar from rib cartilage harvesting is miminal now. Faint colour.

Both docs - Dr. Jung & Dr. Hsu are great. Professional and good skills. But, foreign implant would NEVER be able to structure my crooked bridge and short nose as well as my own cartilage that is why if I have to choose again, I wld go straight to Dr. Hsu as Dr. Jung uses mostly Goretex.

2. Autologuous Fat transplant
I have great results after 9 mths or so. Dr. Jung filled the right amount cos some frens who did it either swell/puff too long like over a year or do not hv gd results after everything subsided.
For me, the swell went down but the puff remained for a good 6 mths. Tho for a 39 yr old, the results is worth it. My cheeks, hollowness and uneven patches r all filled up nicely and tight.

Scar is VERY faint on my abdominal areas. Tiny dots. 4 in all.

3. Lower Bleph eye bag removal
Wonderful results and nice job by Dr. Jung. Zero regrets. Esp when it delay. So far, the eye bags have not return AT ALL. cool.

cheers,
dmn

Your lower blepharoplasty results look great!
Thanks! This one is a no-brainer. I learnt that it is much much much better to do lower bleph (internal cuts) earlier in my 30s than to delay the precedure and risk external stitiches in 40s. So if the bags come back I gonna repeat the procedure!!! :-)

DMN, thanks for posting back such concised before/after pics....

your before-rhino nose looks exactly like mine!!!

IMO, I reckon Dr Hsu did a wonderful job on your nose (looks tons better than Dr Jung's work - maybe it was the material used, I cant say)

thanks again for sharing - I appreciate the generous info you hve provided. :D

Hi DMN congrats on your results.

I am about to make my decision on Dr jung or Dr kim.

I was leaning towards gortex and now you made me change my mind.

Is rib cartilage for everyone anyway?

Will the results be different if you use Ribcartilage versus gortex.

I also wonder if the ribcartilage objective?

Is it to raise the bridge or to narrow the tips?

Pls advise.

I also noticed you used to doctors?

Did Dr jung do an unsatisfactory job for you?

regarding the cost difference could u tell us?

Many questions hopefully you can answer

thanks

Hi DMN that was a good job by dr hsu with rib. other than the tip which can be better, i am very happy with the bridge and the take off point of bidge. looks natural yet prominent. i wonder why i didn see ur pic at dr hsu then.

it seem with ur result, it bring the skills of dr gao and dr hsu on par (to me personal guage)

hope to see more works from this two talented nose specialist..
